At GDE.ng Online Stores, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Items must not have been used or installed
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team at mailto:sales@gde.ng or +234 907 441 8369 to initiate the return process
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund, replacement, or store credit
3. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 10% of the item's value)
Exceptions
- Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, are not eligible for returns
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns
Warranty
- Items with manufacturer warranties may be subject to separate return and repair policies
- Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues
Changes and Cancellations
- Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations to your order
- We will do our best to accommodate requests, but please note that we may not be able to make changes once an order has shipped

5. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the replacement item to you
