Returns Policy
At GDE, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. Be in its original packaging and condition.
2. Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
3. Have a valid reason for return (see below).

Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Defective or damaged item.
2. Incorrect item received.
3. Item not as described.
4. Change of mind (restocking fee applies).

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via phone, email, or live chat.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged).
3. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
5. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange.


Refunds and Exchanges
1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
2. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
3. Exchanges will be processed within 5–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Exchange items will be shipped out once the returned item is received and inspected.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns due to change of mind.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

1. Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance".
2. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
3. Items returned without a valid RMA number.
