🔄 How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion:

  • Open the GDE NG app.

  • Go to Settings > Delete My Account.

  • Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

You can email us at [sales@gde.ng] with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the email or phone number associated with your account.


🧹 What Will Be Deleted

Once your account is deleted:

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone)

  • Shipping addresses

  • Order history

  • Saved carts and preferences


⏳ Data Retention

Some transaction data may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with financial and legal obligations (e.g. tax, fraud prevention).
